IMPORTANT:

If you purchased either a Featured Promotional Ticket you must complete the following by 6pm EST on OCTOBER 7th, 2016:

1. Email us at nyactorstweetup@gmail.com

2. Be sure to include:

– your Order Number,

– your First & Last Name (& your preferred stage name, if applicable) or your Business Name

– the URL of your Website (if any)

– and, a copy of your Headshot or Ad in either .jpeg or .png format.

– to submit video, please also include a link where we can download the content (e.g. Vimeo or Dropbox).

 

Please Note:

* We will do our best to present your content in the best format & resolution possible. However, some clipping, distortion and/or color loss may occur.

 

** Failure to submit your content by the cutoff date & time will result in the cancellation of your Promotional Ticket order. You will still be able to obtain a general admission ticket & attend the event. However we will not be able to accommodate content submissions after the cutoff date & time.

 

*** All Promotional Materials are subject to approval. All content must be industry related & acceptable for audiences of all ages.

 

****Video submissions will be shown without audio during our event. As such, we encourage you to watermark your footage.
